Ensuring wellbeing
Calmness out of chaos
As the end of someone’s community or custodial sentence approaches, their anxiety and trepidation may increase. Of course, we’re mindful that people who may have been victims of crime will have similar feelings.
Society can be quick to judge people who’ve never had access to the tools and support to help regulate their emotions, including things like mindfulness and meditation.
Creating strong foundations
In any period of change and readjustment, it’s vital to have the right tools in place to move forward. Life is rarely plain sailing for any of us, and there are always unforeseen challenges.
By working closely with people individually, we can equip them with what works best so they feel calmer and in a good place to make the right decisions as they move forward.
