Foundations for Change
Our Programme
Foundations for Change is a transformative new service from Apex Scotland, designed to empower individuals to move beyond their past towards a brighter future. Rooted in respect, belief, and strong support, the programme helps participants build autonomy, expand their window of tolerance, and develop the trust needed to thrive. Through a person-centred approach, we create opportunities for growth, resilience, and improved wellbeing, ensuring that everyone has the chance to redefine their future on their own terms.
